About the bank charge:
If you find a charge from talosvue.com and do not immediately recognize the name, it is very likely that you subscribed to our service through a digital advertising campaign, a landing page, or a recommendation from a business partner. Users often remember the visual advertisement or registration offer, but not the technical name of the software platform (TalosVue) when reviewing their bank statement.

I do not remember the subscription:
This usually happens when registration was completed through a promotional page. Remember that by entering your details, you created an account to access our website builder, templates, and no-code editing tools. The charge corresponds to the $82.60 service fee billed every 30 days.

Charge without consent:
Upon completion of the initial trial period without prior cancellation, the service automatically renews for $82.60 every 30 days. However, you remain free to cancel at any time through our website. All initial transactions are processed under the 3D Secure (3DS) security protocol, which guarantees that the cardholder expressly authorized the transaction through their bank or by SMS.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid the first or next renewal charge, complete cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled billing date. To do so:

Log in to the client interface using the email address and password you used during registration.

In your control panel, click "Subscription Plan" on the left and then click "canceled" under "Subscription" in the right-hand column. Once there, follow the instructions.

You can also cancel by clicking the "Cancel Membership" button on this page and sending us a message with the email address you used to register.

Another option is to email info@talosvue.com requesting cancellation.

In all cases, you will receive a confirmation email in English once the cancellation has been processed. After cancellation, no further charges will be made to your card.

How the service works:
The public offer linked from talosvue.com includes a 3-day trial for $10. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the $82.60 renewal charge will be processed automatically and the service will continue to renew for that amount every 30 days until cancelled.

Charge after the trial:
At the end of the trial, the subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled within the stated deadline.

Payment declined:
If your payment was declined, it could be due to insufficient funds, a spending limit being reached, or another reason. Try using a different card or contact your bank to resolve the problem.

I forgot my email:
If you forgot the email address you used to register, contact us and provide the first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit or debit card, together with the cardholder's name, so we can help you recover your account.

I forgot my password:
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Once requested, you will receive an email with a password-reset link.

I cannot access an active subscription:
If you cannot access the website where you have an active subscription, your subscription may have expired. Verify that your email address and password are correct. If the problem persists and your subscription is still active and has not expired, contact Customer Service by email.

I am not receiving emails:
Every time a registration is completed, we send a confirmation email for the trial period of our service. If it is not in your inbox, it has probably gone to your "Spam" or "Trash" folder. You may also have registered with an incorrect or misspelled email address.

Security:
Yes, all payments and transactions made on talosvue.com are completely secure and confidential. We comply with the strictest Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements, ensuring a secure environment validated and approved by Visa and MasterCard. Furthermore, we do not store any banking data on our servers, as required by law.

CVV code:
The CVV code is a three- or four-digit security number located on the back of your card. It is required for secure online transactions.

Conditions:
The $10 trial fee is non-refundable. You may request a refund of a renewal charge within 14 days of that charge. Approved refunds will be issued only to the card used for payment; no refunds will be issued in cash, by check, or by bank transfer.

Timeframes:
Processing time may vary depending on your bank and could take between 48 hours and two weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot control the duration of these transactions.
